Pointe Baptiste Guest House is a charming guesthouse-style accommodation located in Calibishie, on Dominica’s scenic northeast coast (Saint Andrew Parish), a region where rainforest hills meet the Caribbean Sea. Set within the historic Pointe Baptiste Estate, dating back to the 1930s, the property offers a peaceful garden setting with ocean glimpses and easy access to nearby beaches and village amenities.

At present, only the Chocolate Cottage (flat above the Chocolate House) is available for rent.

The Chocolate Cottage

Situated directly above the estate’s chocolate house, this private flat overlooks trees and landscaped gardens. During the day, subtle chocolate aromas drift upstairs, giving the stay a distinctive character.

• Equipped with a king-sized bed, positioned for open night-sky views

• Suitable for a third guest (sleeping in the living area)

• Fitted with essential amenities for a comfortable and relaxed stay

Nature lovers will appreciate the immersive environment, during certain seasons, fireflies flicker across the room at night, and butterflies are commonly seen in the surrounding gardens.
