Located at Fort Young Hotel in Roseau, The Palisades Restaurant is Dominica’s only seaside restaurant in the capital, offering al fresco dining with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Recognised as one of the island’s standout culinary experiences, it combines refined island hospitality with a scenic waterfront setting.
